Staying on the edge of the Lake District was fantastic, just a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and even the beacon tower. the room was spacious with modern amenities such as tea making facilities and good WiFi, and the bathroom was well-appointed. the owner was friendly and served a delicious breakfast with great coffee and served in an attractive dining room with guide books.
Some aspects of the property seemed a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the town center, allowing me to easily explore the area. Plus, parking was right outside, which made it convenient for me to come and go as I pleased. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant when there was a sudden downpour. The breakfast served here was simply fantastic, with a wide selection of options and deliciously cooked dishes. my experience here was truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting with their family.
